Dear PAW Team,

Today government officials held a press conference at 6pm. They have reported a new evacuation zone that is reduced in size. Our factory is still in the evacuation zone. We still cannot return to the factory until further notice.

Below are a list of updates from the press conference:

• There is no longer a danger of the tank exploding
• Scientists have 24 hour surveillance of air quality around the site and no significant amount of harmful chemicals have been released from the tank, neither in the air nor in the water
• There is still possible risk of spill and/or fire
• In order to reduce the evacuation zone and/or remove it entirely, they need the tank to continue cooling and they need further time to collect data on the tank status. There is no timeline for removal of the evacuation orders.
